PREPARATION METHODS OF PRINTING PASTE
The preparation method of printing paste and the chemical substances used are important as pigments to achieve high quality printings. Nowadays, factories prefer reducing the ratio of white
sprite, or do not use anymore. The amount of binder is adjusted according to the amount of pigment; nowadays more attention is paid to optimise this amount. Stabilising the viscosity, differentiation in the blending time and in thechemical substances used in paste, cause deviation in the color. Below, two different paste preparation methods are given;

80 gr. Binder is enough for 20 gr. madder. Increasing madder amount requires double increase binder amount.
BINDER BS-40
It is an acrylate based binder and can be used for all types of printings. It provides not only softer touch and good fastness but also bright color yield as well. |

BINDER SEUR
Binder SEUR is an butadiene-arcylonitrile based binder and used in all-water base pigment printing pastes all types of printing. It provides good dry and wet rubbing fastness, soft hand characterstics for Polyester, Polyester-Cotton etc. For best fastness fix five minutes at 150 °C is recommended. |

THICKENER PP ( SENTETİK KIVAMLAŞTIRICI )
Thickener PP is new synthetic thickener manufactured with the latest technology. It is very effective in textile pigment printing and provides best quality by high resolution. Thickener PP is designed for easy using and for preparing viscous system quicker. The printing pastes made by the Thickener PP can pass easily from pirinting machines and screens without causing any problem. It is less sensitive to salts and ions the solutions than the other thickeners. |

SOFTOPOL A2
It is a silicon based softener developed for getting softer touch in pigment printings. Contrary to other softeners, it does not reduce the fastness property of printings. The amount in the paste may vary between 7 and 15 gr. In pad dying it raises to 20 gr. |
FIXATOR MET
Fixator MET increases the fixation of binder in the paste. Poly functional cross linked structure increases the washing and rubbing fastness. The amount in the paste may vary between 5-10 gr. Excessive amounts are not advised. |
EMULSIFIER S
Emulsifier S is a non-ionic amulsifier developed for pigment printings. According to amount of gas used in the paste, the amount of emulsifier can vary between 5 and 10 gr. |
DEFOAMER
A silicon based defoamer prepared for pigment printings with a high mechanical stability. Amount use is 2 gr. |
