QUALITY        Printing systems in the textile industry, are getting more important day by day because of the developments, thickeners, binders and other auxiliaries.
        The most important factor that determines the quality of printing systems is the size of the organic pigment and stabilisation of the homogeneous dispersion like in ink and paint industry. In pigment printing systems, brightness, soft touch and good fastness are the desired properties of printed products.
       METATEX Systems contains many different products; especially surfactant aqueous dispersion of organic pigments are in the highest quality.
       Research and development studies have been done for our pastes to obtain highest quality printed products for different printing systems.
       METATEX Pigments have high light fastness. Moreover, for every colour, especially dark and middle colors have good fastness to solvent. Another important property they testify is their high resistance to peroxides and chlorine.
       METATEX SYSTEMS is suitable for cotton, rayon, acetate, triacetate, polyester, polyacril and other synthetic fibers.
       In pigment printing generally impregnation and exhaust methods are used to print fabrics. In both of the methods. METATEX pigments provide bright colors, homogeneous printing and high fastness properties.
       In discharge style printings, one of the METATEX products; pigment discharge paste can be steamed or fixed 3 minutes at 170 °C together with the METATEX pigments.
